Katrin had come to England to find her sister Annika and had rung the police the night she died. Katrins colleague Jodie tells Banks that Annika was involved in drugs and prostitution though entrepreneur Jason McCready, boss of an escort agency, denies knowing her. Michael Osgood, another victim of racism and father of autistic Robbie, however admits that he knew Annika.
